My best friend loves it but I couldn’t properly get into it! I did read a similar manga (Ikigami) which I liked.
@yas I initially hated the start of the arc but it started gaining more and more momentum- proper heart-wrenching! Nice profile pic btw, Zeref is a cutie (aside from all the angst)
Yeah, it completely threw me off. The entire series seemed pretty light hearted until chimera ants came and took over lol. Mereum and Komugi’s story was amazing too - didn’t see that coming at all.

If you like mech Aldnoah Zero is worth a gander. And if you love classics, Neon Genesis Evangelion. To this day I drink out of a NERV mug (now about 12 years old). The first thing I said to my significant other when they first made me tea: break this mug and I will kill you.

Jebus, that’s awful. I wasn’t aware of this particular studio before, but I see they were responsible for A Silent Voice and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, which are both amazing. Awful news, a shockingly high toll.
Yep I’m bringing back an ancient thread. I’m just getting towards the end of season 1 of Attack on Titan. It’s literally one of the most bizarre things I’ve ever watched.
Enjoying it though.
Oh man. That sends me off on a tangent where now I really want to watch Excel Saga again, because that was one of the most bizarre things I’d ever watched.
As for Attack on Titan, I’ve only seen one episode because my timing was so awful that I accidentally started watching it days before it was removed from Netflix. Doh.
We recently had an Attack on Titan exhibition here in Singapore. 
won’t spoil the ending just yet but a lot of fans protested, so apparently the creator is doing a new ending lol.
