Yep. Monzo use UTC for date boundaries

Can confirm, we calculate this and many other date boundaries on UTC to avoid issues with time zone changes. It’s not a 100% ideal solution (especially with Spent Today while abroad) but it does avoid whole classes of bugs until we’re ready to tackle the issue properly.
