Android - Report Wrong Location?

Hi,

On iPhone I have ability to report when a transaction has a wrong name/address and correct it by sending the details through to Monzo to update later on. Simply do this by clicking on the “Something wrong? Tell us!” button.

Why is there no feature for this for my Android friends? They have just tried to do it and there is no report button or anything of the sort?

In the meantime, you can report incorrect merchant details by contacting the customer support team, via the in-app chat.

I’ll be sure to let them know they can do that.

In the mean time I will have to make sure I do it through my iPhone too if we find another location bug

Though they should not expect an immediate change. I reported a few corrections (wrong address/wrong town, and inconsistent naming of branches of the same chain) but no sign of the corrections having been made yet.
