✅ [Android] App doesn't work

I have started having problems with the app. It doesn’t show me any of the pages or allow me to do payments.
It looks like the page is loading but then, there is an orange window saying “sorry there is a problem. Please try again or contact us”.
It 've never happened before, and I have been using the app for more than a year.

I have a Samsung 7, so is the Android version .

What should I do?


Uninstall and reinstall the app if not then

I would delete the app and reinstall it first, see if that fixes the issue. If that fails, then yes, email monzo.

As others have said, force quitting or deleting and reinstalling the app often sorts this out. Did you contact them?

Are you running the new interface ?

It worked. I uninstalled the app, then tried to reinstall it, but Google play crushed. So I emptied the cache and everything went smoothly.
