Android 3DS transaction approval screen is blank

Details to reproduce:

  1. Try to buy something online with your Monzo card.
  2. When you get to the 3D secure step, wait for the notification to appear on your phone.
  3. Tap on the notification.

Observed behaviour

The Monzo app opens, but the screen is blank. The only thing shown is a back button.

If you press the back button and go to your transaction history, you can find the pending transaction and approve it from there, but if you go via the notification it won’t work.

Note that u like the other similar bug reports, this is not a joint account issue. My Monzo app only has one account in it.

I’m on Android and the same app version. No issues for me.

When odd things like this happen the best thing to do is delete the app, restart your phone and then reinstall the app.
