Amazon decided to close my account today, was paying for Amazon prime at the time. Does anyone know if the payment will automatically stop or still be taken out?

Definitely a question for Amazon.
Monzo just do as they’re told, so if Amazon request the money they will be given it as per your instruction/contract when you setup the payment.
Monzo also don’t know when your contract ended, the reason behind it, if you need to pay pro-rata, if there is a fee/fine for ending early… and so on.
I’ve asked Amazon and all they say is a specialist will contact you within 24 hours, no email whatsoever.
Nobody here can help you. I gave some examples above as to why.
