I recently upgraded to Max from premium and as I was going on holiday I tried using my Monzo lounge key and because I had switched cards for the max card it would not let me change over I’ve tried making a new account but keep getting errors?
Any help?

Ah no I never read the terms and conditions as it just said you get al the premium benefits.

I don’t believe anything official stated that the Max plan has all the Premium plan benefits.
Max has all the Extra’s and Perk’s benefits, with [insert additional Max benefits here] in addition - but not Premium plan features. It was clear from launch day that Lounge access was being dropped with the new plans so if you wanted/needed that then staying with Premium was the only option.
I was wondering that too and had a mooch around. I’m 90% certain even in upgrade flows it’d say that things were being dropped, but since I’ve not been able to validate it, I could be wrong
