Hi , im a waiter and i do cash tip ,ita any posibility to add my cash tip on monzo card ?
Unfortunately not at the moment. It would require you to cash in your money at your bank and then topup as normal

As an alternative, you could always share your monzo.me link with your customers, (on a name badge or something? and they could tip you straight into your Monzo account! 
Not sure how this would work practically in your place of work, but just a thought!

I guess just let the money build up, and then take it to the bank and top up…
