Adding another Bank using "other accounts in Monzo" using Monzo Plus

App fails to add a Santander Bank account after freezing on Face ID page.
I have a screen recording but cannot attach here but no option to include video.

Details to reproduce:
OS: iOS 14.0.1
Device: iPhone 11 Pro Max
App Version: Most recent (can’t find it app version number) App Store shows no update for Monzo

Santander App is also up-to-date


Bottom of settings page?

I’ve had this problem too.

A workaround is to:
Uninstall your Santander app
Add account in monzo plus (which will now redirect to a web browser rather than the app)
Reinstall app once you’ve connected your accounts

As a Santander issue, I doubt Monzo can fix it!
