I’ve frozen my card whilst I ask you all for guidance. I’ve just had these two on my Monzo.
I’ve not tried to buy anything on Amazon in the past few months, and suddenly these two things pop up. Both are active card checks. I definitely don’t have a prime subscription and I’ve not signed up for Amazon Prime on anything subscription related either.
The only two Monzo cards on my Amazon are my previous 2 Monzo cards, my perks one isn’t on there.
The first one is for a replaced card but the 2nd one is for my current perks card.
Nothing. Amazon can complete card checks at any time. If you only updated your card not reporting lost or stolen, then Amazon can for any reason check the card details they have on file, and if they’re no longer valid, monzo tells them the new card details which shows a successful card check.
