"Activate before..." restrictions?

Hello there,

I’m new to the forum, so apologies if I inadvertently break any conduct code.

To be brief: I miscalculated my plans, so my card is waiting for me at an address in UK since mid-April, but I won’t be able to activate it until mid-August. Will I still be able to activate it after 4 months? Or does a card become un-activatable (does the word even exist??) after a certain amount of time?

It’ll be fine to activate later down the line, just be mindful of the expiry date (think generally 3 years).
