Account Issue

I recently transferred £10k out of my account & since then my account has been off. It has been a few days now & even though I am told it’s due to “technical issues” it doesn’t seem to be getting closer to being solved. I naively deposited all of my money in my Monzo account & now am having to struggle to pay my bills. I have £30k in the account, it’s my hard earned legally entitled to money & I can’t access it, I have answered questions in relation to where it came from etc etc & still no joy. Is this normal for Monzo ?
