Why has monzo closed not frozen account asked me nothing and saying 2-4weeks without money absolutely shocking no help or even vague description then close a close friends the moment her universal credit appeared in account yet refunded 17p instantly and still no idea when I can access my money merry Christmas thanks from my kids should be ashamed I’ve spoken to police and was assured that they weren’t responsible any help ideas ?? I can’t access credit and have nothing any ideas please mine are really dark and wouldn’t get kids anything but upset them
