You could manually transfer across to a Monzo joint account.

I know it isn’t ideal but better than being stuck in 2004

I opened an Natwest account, set up online banking, transferred £1500 in, and oops can’t get the money out again. Becasue I have to wait for a card reader.

I think it’s really bad customer experience design that you can transfer money in but not out. I’ve referred it to the [financial-ombudsman.org.uk]. who said this is okay…

I just googled them - I remember the logo everywhere when it launched as a Virgin product but haven’t seen it in years. Given they no longer let new customers sign up, I don’t imagine there are any plans for innovation, get switching!
