2025: What do we want to see? 👀

Mine takes 2-3 seconds from pressing the app icon to being on the balance screen. Most of that seems like Face ID animations.

I don’t have FaceID for login so this is also making it faster.

No it wasn’t. Not once did they express that when they announced it.

You’d need to explain why Monzo would do this I suppose. What’s their incentive? They can’t just give away money without anything for them, ultimately.

Monzo cannot handle the support load it has currently.

“I did 5,000 steps but I didn’t get 5% interest on my £2.62” sounds like an absolute nightmare.

I believe having a private section for the community based on certain trust levels, perhaps Level 3, would be a great idea.

I’m still shunned from the current one :wink:

This space could be dedicated to early testing and staff engagement on features and other initiatives.

With such a large community, this approach would encourage members to become more actively involved, rewarding those who participate in discussions, assist others, and contribute meaningfully. This shift would reduce the tendency to merely lurk or engage in activities like entering competitions and participating in early testing without providing feedback.

Well with my idea (self-certifying challenges) there would obviously be some up-front costs for Monzo to program in the challenges but the hope would be that the idea would bring some new people to the platform. Maybe even make it a perks/max exclusive to encourage people to upgrade their tier. I don’t think it would work at all if Monzo had to shell out extra money (either by matching interest earned or waiving monthly fees) but if the only cost was the up-front programming and minimal ongoing maintenance, while potentially bringing new people to Monzo for the unique benefit, I could see it working.

Hahahah, usually just don’t have the time to give decent feedback - the username stems from being called BTEC Logic as in the rapper because its who I used to look like when I was in my late teens :sweat_smile:
