2 times frozen account

Hi all, iv’e been with monzo for about 1 year, i have my wages paid in, and now and again i get family from poland sending me money,everything has been fine until the last 3 weeks where they have suspended/frozen my account twice, first time was all resolved within 5hours, but when they froze my account yesterday (14/10/20) i have not heard anything back from them.

any advise about what the issue could be?
