It now seems that the website and everything has been updated to changed the branding of Cashplus to Zempler Bank.
It also seems that they have scrapped Personal Banking and Personal Accounts and are now only focusing on Business Banking.

FWIW, I noticed Zempler popped up as a credit card option with Clearscore. Looks like on their website it’s listed as a service but not currently something you can apply for direct with them.
Back in Jersey we said businesses with Zempler (cashplus) where “dodgy businesses”

Cash plus was for business that couldn’t hit the high street historically and I think that’s stuck with them.
We have Revolut now for that. They take anyone!
Wrong, Revolut actually aren’t that welcoming or forgiving. Probably more thorough than many high streets.
