The reason I ask is that the quality of a recorded bulletin (with some post production tweaks) would be much more polished up than the live stream version BUT we don’t want to lose anything special which viewers enjoy from the live aspect either. So this is good to know
Honestly can’t see any benefit of live over recorded
Events should always be streamed live in my opinion, it’s nice to watch it as the audience does.
I’d favour a more polished up Bulletin over it being live 100%.
Maybe a live edition could be done as a special every so often.
The pre-recorded Bulletin’s should still be ‘current’ if that makes sense? Not posted to talk about a new feature a month after it comes out. The turn around time needs to be short.
As long as it’s available on YouTube, I don’t mind.
I don’t have a Facebook account and as such have never watched ‘The Bulletin’.

I’m starting to move away from the Facebook platform personally. I’m still an avid user of YouTube though.
It depends how long after the recording is available (than the livestream).
Nothing worse than watching a few people have conversations about what has just happened, and the recording doesn’t get uploaded for a day or two.
If it was… Livestream from 18:00 - 19:00, with the recording available in all of it’s HD glory at 22:00 for example - That would be fine for me!
Totally - we’d probably film during the same slot as we normally stream and get something up that evening or the day after
We want to give the live stream our very best shot, so I think Monday’s instalments will help us make a final decision. Tune in if you can - I’ll be sure to keep you updated on what we decide!
You still at Monzo @Naji I had not seen you on here in a while and assumed you had left! Glad you are still around
@anon44204028 still here!! You should come along to one of the Open Offices sometime soon
I am a huge YouTube user and would love to provide some input where needed.
I think there is a great opportunity for Monzo to help engage with their community on YouTube.
There are loads of different types of content I think Monzo would be able to put out, not just the bulletin. Monzo has a perspective on lots of difference areas of finance and it could definitely provide value to current users and other people who want to start taking money more seriously.
It’s worth some serious consideration.
I second this. I left Facebook this year (not a single regret) so YouTube is my primary way of accessing online video content now.
