Unfortunately I won’t have any spend abroad this year.
Pub spend
Takeaway spend
Can we see Monzo’s year in review card

Did all my spending on Amex, so pretty meaningless for 2020 tbh.
Back to Monzo spending for 2021 though as fed up of moving cash across into Amex pot for sake of a few pence.
Likewise most of my spending is on a CC so review was fairly useless last time. I’m sure it’s cool for some though so good work.
I expect my JustEat spend will be through the roof. Found new Indian and pizza places earlier in the year and they are much better cooks than me
Oh my god the online shopping. My year in review will be like “You spent 80% of your money on loungewear and comfy bras. Mostly bought after midnight as you lay awake full of existential dread.”

I hope it is more positive.
“Well done, you haven’t bought a meal deal since March”
Mine will probably say ignore the scales
and keep shopping
at pickyomix.com etc.
Guess it’s offset by shopping at Huel.com
15% off if you scroll far enough for it to give you the discount pop-up.
Think I’ll stick to market sweet shop, so much cheaper then that
i second this! thought i’d have saved money having not been going out drinking, turns out i spent it all on takeawy instead ![]()
So does our Tesco and Asda.
Every, single, time I go in though there’s always some kid there shoving their hands in to fill their bags instead of using the scoops
Their parents are stood right next to them most of the time too.
If they allow their kids to use their hands to grab sweets from the pick-n-mix station, you just know the parents are the sort to man-handle the freshly-baked pastries in the bakery section. Nasty.
Exactly!
I thought I was the only one bothered by this sort of thing. Why can’t everybody assess whether they want to buy food or not by just looking at it; there’s no need to touch everything (especially with Covid)‽
Got to feel the pastries to find the softest ones
And you need to know which one has the best batch of jam in the doughnuts.
