Why do i no longer get notifications when a transaction is made?
I have checked the settings and it is set to notify me of transactions

Are you using iOS or Android? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

You’ve changed a setting either in the Monzo app or in your phone settings.

You’re in low battery mode probably. When you turn this on it stops background refresh so monzo won’t know you’ve done anything until it gets refreshed by opening it

Thanks guys but none of the above apply - I haven’t touched settings and I’m hardly ever in in low battery mode let alone 24/7 (as my transactions take place around the clock).
I will delete and reinstall the app as suggested and see what happens - as long as it won’t wipe my history.

Don’t forget to restart your device after you’ve uninstalled the :monzo: app, before you download & reinstall it.

You don’t have control over that, only Monzo do, so don’t worry :slight_smile:
