Hi all, had to reset my phone & reinstall apps. Since then Monzo app doesnt give transactional notifications. Im on an S22 Ultra with OneUI 6.1 Android 14. I dont have a new apps that i havent used before, notifications are in both phone settings & Monzo app & battery optimization is off for Monzo. Any ideas?
Please try the following:
Uninstall the app
Reboot the phone (Important)
Re-install the app

Thank you, that helped & they’re working again. It seems weird though as it was a brand new install after a reset phone.
