Where are you trying to top up? What error are you getting etc?
Any error messages? i’ve topped up my o2 PAYG sim using Monzo no issue.
I would contact monzo in-app - we’re all customers like you
When you are making the payment do you have to go to the monzo app to confirm you made it and then it returns you to the O2 website?
And any form of decline message that Monzo gives you?

If you had a declined transaction on your account, then open the Monzo app, tap on the❓ Help tab in the bottom right corner and use the search bar to search for “Transaction Decline”
This will load up a Help article that explains what might have happened - if it doesn’t answer your question or you still need help then just tap on “I cant find what I’m looking for” and you’ll be able to speak with our team and they’ll be able to take a closer look and see what’s causing the issue!
