So what will come first? Korean reunification or Monzo having Apple Pay? After the news from Korea this morning my bet is denuclearization of North Korea will happen before Monzo gets Apple Pay only joking, Monzo will beat them by a week or two

Why have you highlighted the MasterCard logo?
Some believe that we’ve had the old MasterCard logo for so long it must be linked to Apple Pay. The fact that it’s now updated on the test version of the app suggests it’s coming very soon?

With reference to the Mastercard logo issue, this is actually a bug that was pointed out a while ago here however has only recently made it into the production app

Brilliant update guys 
I think the MasterCard logo got updated in the Android app fairly close to when Monzo launched on Android Pay. I didn’t think there was an actual link, but its an interesting time for it to change on iOS, that’s all!
