Apple Pay is the only thing on Apple that I can think of though… if they are looking for an alternative to Monzo there is always Boon?

For use at a terminal no, not that I’ve heard of
They can get a bPay sticker to put on the back of their iPhone and top it up using their Monzo card.

On iOS there isn’t a way around Apple Pay, you have to use a card from a bank that supports it. It can be a prepaid - personally I use Boon by Wirecard which works just fine and you can top it up by Faster Payments.
