I used Monzo more than two weeks, but I still havent got the golden ticket. Hos long does it take to get golden tickets?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the team answer that. I did see some information from Monzo a while ago (unfortunately I can’t reference it) which said that iOS users are given golden tickets after 21 days & Android users are given them at random / for particular campaigns. But that could be completely incorrect now..

you could try asking nicely in app customer support - they are usually quite helpful
