I’m a bit confused. This blog currently says

But from @bea’s post it seems that it’s much older than that.
I’m sure that whatever has happened was with the best of intentions but it would eliminate confusion if changes could be clearly indicated (for example giving a first publication date, then date of any change with a summary of the reasons behind it).
I’ll publish an Open Banking update soon, for now we’ll fix this! Thanks for flagging.
