I thought that they were testing it on volunteers and on new joiners. But maybe they are rolling out to existing users

In any event, you should be able to access Summary by tapping on the coloured bar with the “left to spend” figure on the home page.

And if you really hate it, do open a chat and ask for the old screen back. Support should be able to do that for you.
