Hey there Community,
I’ve had Monzo Plus for a couple of weeks now and I love it. One thing I was really keen for was the weekly spend reports after I added the majority of my other accounts. However, I’ve yet to receive this notification even thought the Weekly Report toggle is on in the app and I receive other notifications (like the monthly spend report).
I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app and also done this whilst toggling the Weekly Report off, then deleting the app, then reinstalling it and switching it on. Still nothing.
Any ideas how i can rectify this? I’m really keep to use this feature to help me budget.
