Not sure if this has been raised already but is it possible to have the allocated name of a virtual card on the card itself in your wallet. At the moment, they all say Virtual Card. I know they can be different colours but I forget easily and have to keep referring to the app to remember. It only takes a few clicks but during point of sale, it’s quicker if I know which card is what. Thank you!
It’s not possible for Monzo to add unique names to your card in Apple or Google Wallets. This is due to a restriction imposed by Apple and Google.
If you are using Google Wallet, you can manually add a nickname to your cards in the Google Wallet app. I don’t think it’s possible in Apple Wallet but as I haven’t used iOS in a few years, I could be wrong.
Slightly more customisable card images would be good
That won’t be possible for the same reason they can’t show the virtual card name.
The card images have to be registered with Apple and Google, so they can’t have an endless amount of one-off card designs registered.

A partial workaround could be to maintain your own screenshot, image or note listing the virtual name, the colour and the last 4 digits of the virtual card. At the point of sale quickly refer to that to then locate the right one in the wallet. Avoids the need to authenticate and navigate the Monzo app and can be a single tap away, but may be more hassle if you regularly change around your virtual cards.
