Hi Monzo,
I’m trying to register my new card with Apple Pay and I’m not being able to.
I requested the approval via app, go to the app, accept the approval, accept the text message with a code but nothing changed on Apple Pay, the card still pending of approval.
I realise I cannot I start a chat on the app and when I called there wasn’t a option to spoke with someone.
I’m very frustrated because I cannot really make a complaint.
