I’ve just been going through my spending over the last week, I clicked on the ‘More about ATM’ and saw the following message. (Attached)
It seems a little a little patronising. Especially the last bit ‘we won’t stop you from withdrawing cash if you really need it’ - of course I need it, or I wouldn’t be withdrawing it.
I get it costs Monzo money, but if you’re offering a full banking service then I should expect to take money out of my account, guilt free.
Maybe this could get looked into?
