This is entirely anecdotal, but I thought you might find it interesting.

On the top up screen, after tapping “top up with card”, you’re asked how important the feature is.

Including myself, I’ve seen the behavior on this screen of three Mondonauts.

I said it was “very important”, but have topped up manually a number of times and it has not been a blocker to me using Mondo.

The other two both said it was “not very important”, but after using up their initial £50 actually haven’t topped up at all!

So in this case, the answer resulted in the opposite action to what one might expect :slight_smile:

That’s fascinating, lots of thanks for sharing it with us.

I guess we could have phrase that a bit better. To be honest, that was just a teaser to start asking our users about what kind of features they want (we didn’t have this lovely forum at that point). Cool thing is that top up via card is almooooost ready. Stay tuned :slight_smile:
