Are we that bit closer to getting this on iOS? @simonb
Pro tip - if you really want your bank details on your ATM card (there is a long thread on it somewhere), enter your sort code and account number as your preferred name.
Did we actually determine this worked?!
Nope
I’m guessing the field doesn’t allow numbers.
In any case, those that want their SC and A/C No. will probably also want their name.
Plus I think if I remember correctly I was not informed of my account number until I had already received my card…
If you don’t ask you don’t get.
Yes This week if all goes to plan.
I’ll echo your comments. Some of which I’ve reported in the in app chat and are being worked on already as known issues.
I also reported a couple of atm withdrawal issues that were also known and being worked on. This was where I was asked the language and the bank may charge you questions.
Yup, there’s no info but the new card or account number until it arrives.
There are more details about this issue in the following thread if anyone is interested:
Hey @Doherty - thanks for putting all this together.
Some of the issues you mentioned are fixed in the next version of the Android app (seeing the prepaid status banner even though you’ve migrated). The Card screen is getting rearranged a bit, once that’s done we’ll update the welcome message.
The FAQs will soon be replaced by the full help section you know from prepaid, with categories and search, so the content will be refreshed then.
The PIN reminder SMS will likely be removed, or at least updated for those that pick their own PIN. The only thing that’s unexpected is seeing ‘PBT: Prepaid transfer_0000’ - that feed item should be suppressed. We’ll investigate that one.
Hope this helps!
It would be nice if it was well formatted, not just suppressed
I for one would like to know when my accounts were merged and where this mysterious £1.15 came from!
Thanks so much for writing this up! This is really helpful. A couple of these are fixed in the next release, and we’ll work on the others to make the experience smoother. Cheers!
I think it’s suppressed in advance of a “success!” feed item that takes it’s place, since the majority of users will not be merging but instead doing an account change. I think the new feed item gives some info on what happened, your new account details and stuff. @Jami will know more about this than me

Looking very likely this week with small numbers
I’m a small number!
No worries, happy to help.
Thanks Jordan, hoping I’m in these ‘small numbers’
Will those migrated users benefit from Transferwise Integration?
Obviously I need to go change my card details places, but given Monzo can tell me that a charge to my old pre pay card has been declined (as it’s “frozen”), would have been nice if the payment could be redirected to the correct card!
