I have recently updated my name on the account. Both my preferred name and legal name have been updated and appear on my account correctly. However the card that was sent after the update still has my old name. I’ve requested a new one and confirmed that I would like my preferred name ( simply missing my middle name) on it, after I had checked all the details and confirmed that I would like the card to be sent. This was processed, I then went to check on the card tracking page and it says the name on the card will be my old name. Where can I correct this?

Just raise a formal complaint to monzo, follow the help section in the app and raise a complaint.
