I ‘m sure just me but usually since using Monzo I can see on the app my pending UC payment two days before. Usually. Indeed, can sometimes get the payment on 26th instead of 28th. Today though it’s not showing as pending.
Not sure if my app’s acting or like some, it’ll be tomorrow.
This is a question for the people who process your UC payments. You need to check with them if it has been processed, and sent. Given it has just been a bank holiday there could be a delay.
As soon as Monzo see a payment it will be reflected in the app. There is nothing from their side that they can do, unless you get confirmation that it was sent.
If paid by BACS (when an upcoming payment is showing as greyed out one or two days before it is due to be paid), you can claim the payment ‘early’ - at 4pm on the working day before.
So if you are usually paid on the 28th, it’ll show in the transaction feed as an upcoming payment at any time now, and you’ll be able to claim it early at 4pm tomorrow.
The ‘working day’ introduces differences in paid early timescales when weekends and bank holidays are involved.
