I’m so sorry, they could have used my name to get in… I was having a rough day and couldn’t attend 
I’d normally roll my eyes if someone said their company had been neglecting their field until they arrived 
, but knowing that Monzo came up with their cuckoo 50p a day overdraft fee after ‘user testing’ and ‘research’ before Samantha arrived I think that could be very true.
