I’d normally roll my eyes if someone said their company had been neglecting their field until they arrived :roll_eyes: , but knowing that Monzo came up with their cuckoo 50p a day overdraft fee after ‘user testing’ and ‘research’ before Samantha arrived I think that could be very true.

Good to hear about different aspects of what Monzo employees are up to. Thanks.

Hello, any tips on what tool to use for running diary studies? I’ve used Dscout before but wondered if you had come across an alternative?
