Unable to withdraw money abroad

Hi,

I’m in Guatemala and am unable to withdraw money from money from my monzo account. The atm says I have exceeded my amount but I have more than enough in my account. I hope you can help me with this.

Best thing to do is use the in app chat as we’re mainly users like yourself here and can’t see the inner working of the app :slight_smile:

There are withdrawal limits per week/month etc which you can find in the app. Have you gone over any of these?

Have you withdrawn more than the daily or monthly cash limit for your account? Doesn’t matter if you’ve a million pounds in there, you’ll never be able to withdraw it all via an ATM.

Better transfer some of my millions back to Metrobank using their top up facility then so I can withdraw cash monies… oh wait :eyes: :man_dancing:
