Hi I tried to open Monzo account but unfortunately I couldn’t reason I didn’t scan the passport well. I am an international student when I can do again
You’ll just need to reapply however are you living in the UK? As only UK residents can apply (with the exception of monzo USA).

So you didn’t actually apply? You stopped part way though the application process because the passport image wasn’t clear enough?
If that’s the case, just carry on with your application.
If you actually applied for an account and was rejected, is this the reason they gave you or are you assuming it’s because the passport image was poor?
