I’ve tried to download recent bank statements today and get an error saying realm exception occurred. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing, checked for updates, and nothing. I need these urgently as I’m applying for a rental property!
Have you tried uninstalling, rebooting and then re-installing? Sometimes the reboot is the important step in fixing odd behaviour like this.
Also, a different date range perhaps?
My thinking is that if you’re trying to export a lot of data over a long period, see if you can break this down into smaller chunks.
