Unable to apply for "Complaints Adviser" role, getting errors

Hello All,

I’m trying to apply for “Complaints Adviser” role using this link Job Application for Complaints Adviser at Monzo , however, I’m getting 2 specific errors:

  1. When trying to upload my CV(irrespective of the file format, be it .pdf or .docx), I get the following error:

    Resume/CV is required. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘uploadFile’)

  2. Once I bypass the above error by copy & pasting my CV content into “Enter manually” option and complete the application, while hitting the submit button, I get the following error:

There was an error processing your application. Please try again

I’ve already tried different browsers, different devices but the issue persists. Any HR/Tech/Experienced person please help me submitting my application(may be another way like HR email or another link) as I really would like to apply and get this job as I believe I’m a good fit for this role.
