Trying to open joint account keep getting error message 429

Issue: every time I try and open a joint account I get to putting my pin in and get error message 429

Details to reproduce:
OS: 15.5
Device: iPhone
App Version: reinstalled Monzo app yesterday from Apple store same thing keeps happening

It looks like a server error, try contacting monzo using in app chat, in the help section search contact us if you don’t see the chat button.
