I tried getting photo identification. Nobody would sign citizen card. Even the listed business. The gp,my building societies, local police, plus all the shops n post offices said no. I cant get provisional licence as im banned. I have no passport. Has anyone successfully managed to get one. It seems that unless u already have ìd u can’t get one
If you can’t get ID, you can’t open an account.
This is nothing to do with Monzo. Your complaint should be to whoever administers the card.

I think if you’re a claimaint, the jobcentre plus might be able to help.
Or if you know anyone within the civil service (HMRC, DWP, Home Office etc).
