Transferring flex to a 0% balance credit card

Good morning .

I hope you are all well.

I have just got a 0% transfer balance card which lasts for 12 months. I was hoping to transfer my flex balance over to this as it would save me a ton of money.

If it’s not directly possible is there a work around where I can purchase something from myself without paying extra costs?, maybe PayPal or anything?. Please can someone point me in the correct direction it would be massively appreciated.

I have checked on my banking and at this moment as I’ve just opened I am unable to do a money transfer.

Thanks.

Corey.

It’s not possible to transfer balances from Flex.

Buying something from yourself will likely incur a charge somewhere down the line.

The only possibility is a money transfer card, and on receipt of the funds pay off Flex, but looking at the end of your post that’s not possible.

Depending on how much it is, you could MonzoMe yourself with your new credit card.

monzo.me doesn’t take credit card, if you have a business paypal account you can pay yourself for goods and services with PayPal - they might hold the money for up to 21 days depending on how much it is if you have a new account, if you use the friends and family option with PayPal this will be treated as a cash advance

Look into a Money Transfer instead of a balance transfer.

I wish I did but already done balance transfer so it is too late.

Curve will work, but usually a fee on their side.

This is pretty useful to know, do you know if this likely breaks any TOS other than the credit card provider?

It never did for my aqua card, can’t remember if I was charged a cash fee their side, but I don’t think I was.

Try money transfer instead. Barclaycard for example
