Not sure if this has been posted yet - I couldn’t see a similar thread as yet, but just seen email news from Monzo that Flex Money transfers are now a thing.
Exciting news BritishLibrary. You can now transfer money from your Flex Credit Card straight to your current account.
Handy for when you can only pay by bank transfer
A money transfer can be handy for big or unplanned purchases where the person you’re paying doesn’t accept card. Like if you need to pay an emergency plumber.
We’ll charge a 3% fee when you transfer money from Flex. We’ll always break down the cost in pounds and pence upfront, so you know exactly what you’ll pay.
A closer look at money transfers
We’ll move the money into your Monzo current account, usually instantly.
You’ll pay back as usual, in full on your repayment date or over 3 months at 0%, or up to 24 months at your personalised interest rate.
We’ll charge a 3% fee to transfer money, which we’ll add to your total repayment. So for example if you transfer £100, you’ll pay £103 in total, including a £3 fee.
If you choose a monthly payment with interest, we’ll charge interest on the amount you transfer and the fee.
