Transactions from connected account not working

For some reason, one of my Santander cards has stopped pulling through the transactions in my Monzo Plus. It still reflects the correct balance, but no transactions are loading even though they are fully cleared and not pending on the Santander side. It’s been about a week now with nothing pulling through.

My other accounts are all working fine, it’s just 1 Santander one. Can someone help? It’s the main reason I pay for Monzo plus.
