Hey I have a question if someone’s account gets flagged for a incoming transaction and their account is blocked they’ve been asked to provide information to prove that it’s not fraudulent which they have how long would Monzo take to get their account up and running again

It completely depends. Could be minutes, could be days.

It varies transaction to transaction and how it needs investigating along with busy they’re.
