There was a problem message

I amgetting this message on my phone and I can not use the acount - is anyone else

Hi @philmc, try uninstalling and installing the app again incase it’s become corrupt. If you’re still having issues then drop an email to help@monzo.com so they can check your account

I got the same message:

There was a problem

User authentication required.

This would lock the app up and the message would flash every 2-3 seconds. Maybe the error should say login again and give the chance of emailing a login email. An uninstall and reinstall fixed the issue, but it shouldn’t be required

Hi @stevenvu have you reported it via in app chat so they can check your account and pull logs if needed?

I had this too. Reinstalling fixed it.
