The Pending payment is declined

I had a payment with the status “pending” for a week and today it is declined because of not having money enough (I just put the right amount for the payment and it has been taken since the payment confirmed date). Is that means the payment will be duplicated if I put some more money into my account?
I don’t understand. Monzo got my money and now it said declined because not having money?

That’s not the way banking works. If there’s a problem of this type you’re best off talking to Monzo directly through the app.
