If we are eligible for an investor card, but request to have a current account now. When the exchange for the updated card occurs will we then be able to have an investor card?

I think you can register interest just fine - it asks you for OS as you fill out the form and I guess Android users will not be contacted in first rounds ¯_(ツ)_/¯. Other requirements are still valid, so please check them too.

This really is the new way to bank and after being Alpha from December 2015 this has been worth the wait from the day i picked up my first card from the Monzo (Mondo) old office.

My Monzo card is on the way, do need to wait until it arrives before signing up for the current account?
@alexs should quite rightly get one before investors. He may not have invested financially but he has invested serious amounts of time into helping the community.

I’m sorry but I’d have to disagree with you, valuable contributors within the community may or may not be rewarded and this is one way of doing it - if it is at all true that he will be getting a current account in advance as part of the first group.
Alex is a great guy whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so I’m sure has plenty going for him and will be an asset to the testing period of the current accounts.
P.s. I would suggest thinking about your posts in the future before making them known, they’re never truly deleted and you never know who’s seen them.

Exciting times 
One question, if we get a current account now, will we have the same sort code & account number as when the fully finished product is launched? I’d like to move my bills/salary to the account but not if I’ll have to update everyone again a few months later?
