Hi I’ve looked in help guides but carnt figure out how to downgrade max account to take family cover off which I’m not longer needing.
You might need to downgrade to the level below and then back up, not adding the family cover.
That’s quite crap if so

I’m only really guessing given there isn’t an obvious way to do it.
Does that downgrade flow even exist yet?
I’m sure to downgrade you had to cancel completely and then resubscribe. You could only ever upgrade to a higher tier without cancelling. Or has that been fixed now?
